  • two shopping centres in Perth and one in regional north WA with a combined value in excess of $750million;
  • three shopping centres in NSW and one in Victoria with a combined value of almost $500 million;
  • sixty nationally branded roadside service stations (in two portfolio transactions) and five childcare centres (in one portfolio transaction) for a combined value of $283 million.
